FAQ

This is our FAQ page we hope its helpful

  • Where is the iglounge? You can find us here throughout the festival
  • When will the iglounge be open? Turn up here to play from 11am till 7pm on the 12th and from 11am till 5:30pm on the 13th.
  •  How do I sign-up to play? Every game has its own sign up page. Go to the programme page and select the game you want to play from the list. If the game requires sign ups and has spaces left you can sign in there. We will then send you an email confirmation and a reminder to come and play.
  •  Who can play the games? The games at igfest are mostly for adults only. But beyond that anyone can come along and play.
  • Does it cost anything to play? Nope not a penny or at least we will not be charging you anything to play any of the games at igfest 09. You may of course need some snacks to get you through the fun.
  • Where are the games played? All across the City of Bristol. We have games in multi-storey car parks, supermarkets and parks. We also have a programme of games within the Watershed Arts Centre on Sunday afternoon. The game descriptions in the programme listings give details of start locations, generally in the iglounge, under the Watershed.
  • Do I need any special equipment or clothing to play? No, just come as you are, but wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Some games require you to use a mobile phone; if so, this is explained in the game description.
  •  Are there any games suitable for children? Yes - on sunday morning the RELAYS project have sponsored a set of family friendly games suitable for all ages. However, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
